MAKING WINGS
Sprinkle R Butts R Smokin’ Championship BBQ Butt Kick’n Chicken rub on both sides of your wings. Grill over a medium hot grill for 30 minutes on each side. Watch for how they are cooking and adjust heat if too hot or cold. Add some wood chips to your grill/smoker to enhance the flavor even more. Enjoy! Yes, it’s just that simple! No sauce needed!
MAKING RIBS
Liberally sprinkle ribs, both sides, with EAT Barbecue Zero to Hero rub. Place on a grill with indirect heat for smoker at 300 degrees. Smoke for about 2 hours. Wrap ribs in a double layer of foil adding butter, honey and a little apple juice. Cook for another hour. Test for doneness. When done, spread Smoke This Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce over the top of the ribs. Yummo!
MAKING FATTIES
Put a 1 lb. package of ground sausage of choice in a 1 gallon zip lock back. Roll the meat out into the bag until if fills all corners and the meat is evenly distributed. Carefully cut the edges off and fold back the top sheet of the bag. Add chopped onions, jalepenos peppers and grated cheese of choice. Roll the sausage up with the goodies inside. Sprinkle with EAT Barbecue Zero to Hero rub. Grill or smoke to a temperature of 160 degrees. Spread either Smoke This Kansas City Style or Smokey Chipotle BBQ Sauce over the fatty. Slice up and enjoy! Makes a great appetizer!
